    I had my first class as a beginner and I am definitely going back! Sam is very friendly and offers gentle guidance to anyone during the class, if they need it, ensuring that everyone takes the most out of it. I really enjoyed the challenge of the positions suggested by Sam and I felt very energised and peaceful afterwards! The relaxation at the end of the session along with the combination of the relaxation music, lighting and a light smell of incense was perfect!

    Yoga has been on my list of things to try for a very long time so when I heard about Sam's classes I jumped at the chance.
    I was quite nervous as I'm not very flexible and have lower back problems, however Sam soon put my nerves at ease and tailored my first class to suit my needs. Upon my first meeting with her it was evident she has vast knowledge of yoga and of its benefits and I found her to be a very personable young lady.
    After just a few classes I could see a big improvement in my upper body strength. I find myself to be of high spirits both physically and mentally after my classes. I am thoroughly enjoying Sam's classes and look forward growing in strength and in my abilities under her tutelage.

    I started this class as a complete beginner - Sam made me feel welcome in a multi-skill class, adapting some moves for me and correcting my stances, while allowing others to participate at a much higher level. I leave the classes feeling relaxed, my muscles stretched - ready to face the rest of the week.
