Julia used to think yoga wasn't for her. But the stress of City work, pesky sports injuries and a well-timed Groupon deal changed her mind. Yoga proved to be the perfect tool for building a strong foundation for other sporting activities, while also bringing much-needed peace to a busy mind. After 6 years of personal and class practice, Julia felt ready to share her love of yoga with others and completed her 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training with Yoga London. Julia's classes are dynamic and strong, yet adapted to all abilities. A great lover of a challenge, Julia will encourage you to have fun, as you understand and push your personal boundaries to help you realise your full potential on and off the mat.
Nyeleti is a fun and energetic teacher who will mix power with compassion; flowing from one pose to the next and always focusing on the breath. She brings a spiritual and personal side to the class, with the intention of getting you out of your mind and into your body. Whether you are a beginner who needs guidance or a more advanced student who can level-up, in her class no one will feel left behind. This helps to ensure everyone enjoys a practice in a supported and safe space. Nyeleti has been teaching since 2016 straight after completing her 200 hour Power Yoga training. She then followed this up with the Forrest Yoga Advanced Teacher training in 2017, which focuses heavily on healing of injuries. Understanding that even as a teacher, one is always a student, she continues her training. This way, consistently providing up-to-date teachings with the latest and greatest learning and gained knowledge.
